“I have had the privilege to work with A-1 Homecare Consulting and Staffing over the past few years. In 2014 they were our consultants that helped us start a new Medicare Certified office in Perrysburg, Ohio. In August of 2014 we passed our CHAP Accreditation survey for that office. Then in April, 2015 we passed our CHAP Accreditation survey for our East Lansing, Michigan office.

It was a great team effort, Christie and Elaine worked relentlessly to get us through our surveys in both offices. Their wealth of knowledge in the Medicare Certified arena is so helpful especially to our company just starting out. They were always available to answer questions, and they always would know the answers. From the massive amount of paperwork and all the polices, they just kept teaching us everything we needed to know to pass both surveys. Their leadership qualities helped us all to become better leaders which is so important.

We also have used them to teach us how to correctly bill and get paid through the Medicare systems. We were out sourcing our billing before they taught us, this has saved us a lot of money.

We still connect with them as needed but I’m proud to say they taught us so well we just passed our second CHAP survey on our own.
